These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the contractual relationship between, here in after referred to as “the Seller”, and here in after referred to as “the Customer”, wishing to make a purchase via the website www.anyaparis.com.

PRODUCTS
The products offered are those listed on the website on the date of the Customer's visit. Product photos and descriptions are provided for informational purposes only.

PRICES
Prices are shown in euros, inclusive of all taxes (VAT included). ANYA reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. The applicable price is the one displayed at the time of the order.

ORDERS
An order is considered accepted upon receipt of payment. Placing an order implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Sale.

PAYMENT
Payment is made online by credit card or any other secure method offered on the website.

DELIVERY
Orders are shipped within 3 to 7 business days. In case of delay, an informational email will be sent. Shipping costs are indicated during the order confirmation process.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with the law, the Customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise the right of withdrawal, without having to provide any reason. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer.

LIABILITY
The Seller cannot be held liable for any damages resulting from improper use of the purchased product.

DISPUTES
These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. In case of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought. Failing that, the competent courts shall have jurisdiction.
